SUPPLIER DOCUMENTATION ADMINISTRATION, SCANDINAVIA

Do you want to work in a major global organization that is market leader in its industry? Now KONE is looking for Supplier documentation administration for the team in Scandinavia with location at KONE headquarter in Kista, Stockholm.  

As an Supplier documentation administration you will  support the Sourcing Specialists within Installation and Direct Materials in executing sourcing plans and work closely together with local operations in collecting and analyzing spend data and business requirements. Your other areas of responsibilities will be to collect relevant supplier documentation as part of new supplier onboarding, keep up-to-date supplier documentation throughout supplier’s lifecycle, communicate about suppliers, products and way of purchasing to the organization, as well as supporting the creation and maintenance of sourcing and purchasing tools and processes.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, SAP, master data, contract documentation and supplier onboarding and preferably experience within tactical/strategic sourcing tasks
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Detail oriented and consistency of work
  • Ability to communicate with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Capability to work effectively and drive change in a matrix environment with our business and front line teams
  • A team player attitude and strong performance under pressure
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Clear communication skills, fluent in both Scandinavian and English language.
  • Good skills with MS Office tools and application

As a person we believe you are detail oriented and have a strong analytical ability. You manage to see critical errors that others have overlooked, identify important details and ensures that they are correct

You are curious about customer’s business, ensure efficient service and willing to understand their challenges. You take customer complaints seriously and look for ways to improve them.
