Based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join Office Strategy & Business Management. We are a team of four coming from a diverse pool of business backgrounds – and we are experienced, ambitious and dedicated to being part of an innovative brand that leads major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions.

Manage a portfolio of market-leading electronics
You will be commercially responsible for the success of selected products of our Office product category (B2B) and driving it across the business. Doing so, you will work closely with stakeholders across all functions, including executive management:

This is a very prominent position where you will get to present your results and influence decision-making for the executive management, including our CEO and CFO of GN Audio,” explains Director of Office Strategy & Business Management Jesper W. Ørnsholt, whom you will report to.

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive parts of Office portfolio realization independently

  • Deliver market, competitor and product intelligence

  • Engage in product definition and development from a commercial perspective

  • Develop and realize product business cases

  • Drive go-to-market planning and launch readiness

  • Gather regional insights from sales and drive the solution for commercial challenges

Business strategist with excellent stakeholder management skills

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess excellent people and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with many stakeholders across the organization and achieve great results through the work of others.

What is more, you have a strong passion for technology and consumer electronics. Others know you as someone who is well informed, ambitious about their career growth and personal development and with a proven track record of getting things done. We also expect you to:

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience within management consulting or an internal strategy function or at least 3 years of experience with business management, product management or similar

  • Bring a solid strategic, financial and project management background – experience within strategy, sales and marketing, product development and/or finance is an advantage

  • Hold a B.S. or M.S. degree with top 10% results in e.g. business, engineering, economics or finance

  • Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

  • Have strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
