Specifically, you will be joining the Business Service team, which is a part of Jabra Support and Services. The Business Services team consists of 8 dedicated people, working with the deployment of headsets and video solutions as well as developing new services for Jabra, e.g. support packages and extended warranty. This position is based at our HQ in Copenhagen. We are a global team though, located in the US, Denmark, Germany and France, and work very closely together despite the distance.
Manage services and engage with customers
In this brand-new role within our team, you will be the person responsible for ensuring a proper and timely implementation and execution of our new services. Once implemented, you will execute on service orders and work on customer proposals based on customer service needs.
Moreover, you will work very closely with our sales department, supporting renewals and updates of service contracts. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are updated and optimized after launch based on customer feedback and service performance in key markets.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
Ensuring the proper implementation of new services, exhibiting strong project management skills.
Evaluating service performance according to set KPIs and engaging with customers to ensure new services correspond to customer needs.
Proactively identifying further potential in service features and design for maximized impact and sales. Driving updates and improvements based on data driven analysis as well as market feedback.
Proactively driving the development of new services.
Implementing existing services in additional countries/regions.
Promoting business services to all relevant stakeholders and driving a solution-selling mindset and increased understanding of services’ benefits as an integral part of our business model.

You will be taking customer orders, implementing new services and renegotiating customer contracts whilst also reviewing service performance and adapting services both short- and long-term, making this a key role within our team,” explains Head of Business Services Tobias Johansson.
A strategic thinker with solid service development and/or implementation experience
As a skilled communicator, you not only stand out when interacting with stakeholders and various project teams, you also know how to effectively communicate service benefits and link services to customer needs. On a personal level, you are flexible and innovative with a hands-on approach to your work, proactively reaching out for information and providing timely updates to management.
In addition, you:
Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar.
Have 5+ years of experience within service development and/or implementation and have worked with services in IT, telecom or similar industries. Experience with designing and optimizing service offerings with different stakeholders as part of the customer journey are seen as an advantage.
Have project management experience and/or project management certification, allowing you to set priorities, allocate tasks and coordinate project staff.
Have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Have experience with managing stakeholders at all levels effectively, having worked with sales, business units and marketing professionals in an international context.
Speak and write English fluently. Other languages are a benefit.
Can travel up to 10-20% of your time globally.
