What we are looking for
Espresso House is looking for an ambitious and analytical Senior Business Partner to join its Finance team. In this position you will be a trusted advisor on Group level and work with supporting commercial and strategic value creation by monitoring performance, support in decision making and by delivering guidance that is aligned with the overall corporate strategy. The position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to Espresso House’s business performance agenda. You will work at Espresso House’s headquarters in Stockholm and be a part of the Business Partnering team of three people.
The Business Partnering team is the link between Finance and Operations and is responsible for driving specialized strategic planning, target setting and forecasting. The team has ownership for management reporting, WC management, data analytics and visualization. As Senior Business Partner you will mainly be responsible for the Group perspective within the team and provide Group Management with valuable insight on business performance through accurate reporting and analysis.
You have an academic degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience from consulting, corporate finance, or a similar role within controlling. You have strong analytical skills and system savvy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools. You appreciate working closely with both the management team and functional leaders. Furthermore, you are fluent in English.
To succeed in this position, you need strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented mindset. You display a high degree of diligent and endurance in projects and can work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. Coworkers would describe you as a service-minded doer with a can-do attitude. Since Espresso House operates in a fast-paced environment with high growth targets, you easily adapt to new situations and short decision paths.
