Since our current Product Company Controller will work temporarily for the MORE project until March 31st 2019, we are now looking for an interim Product Company Controller that will also act as Manager for the local PC Controlling Team consisting of three employees. You will in this role report to General Manager URE Örebro and be part of the local management team. This position is ideal for a person with proven management experience and that can lead in an organization in transition. You should be analytical, proactive, solution oriented and a natural leader within a dynamic and global organization.
Job description / Mission
As a Product Company Controller your mission is to strive for accurate financial reporting of Product Company Örebro and the URE division, to support management in decision making through ad hoc analysis, metrics and scorecards and ensuring good control of the PC’s assets/costs and consolidated metrics. Your mission is also to be a member of the local management teams and Manager for the PC Controlling Team. To achieve this mission you are expected to: Keep up to date with internal and external requirements related to accounting and reporting, consulting for information and advice Comply with the Epiroc The Way We Do Things by following procedures and guidelines Proactively analyse financial implications of business decisions Proactively plan daily, monthly and yearly tasks Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction Clearly communicate and flag issues/deviations when noticed Build relationships with, be approachable and relate to people at all levels in the organization Be an active member in the local management team, support and guide them in regards to financial matters Lead and develop the local PC Controlling Team Be a focused and hands-on Finance Business Partner to the local Sourcing organization Document local finance processes and update relevant information in Sharepoint
Skills & Knowledge
-Finance degree on university level or other relevant background and experience
-Proven experience in managing a Finance or Controller department
-Experience from working with complex ERP systems. Knowledge in Movex/M3 is meriting
-Knowledge and experience in using tools like Excel, Qlikview, Click&Decide and Sharepoint
-Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
