Do you want to work in a global team as HR Process and System Expert? Do you want to do this in cooperation with skilled, committed and helpful colleagues?
We are looking for a HR Process and System Expert, Performance Development and Talent Management to join our Global Shared Service HR organization with colleagues in India, Chile, Czech Republic, Germany, China and Sweden.
As the HR Process and System Expert in Global Shared Service HR you will be responsible to secure that the business strategy is met by processes and systems within your area. Monitoring what is happening and the latest development in your area and ensuring that we are at the forefront is an important task.
You will work close to Process Owner Vice President HR to set the detailed processes, align solutions with HR Process and System Expert colleagues and with Service Desk HR to identify how the usage of the system could increase. To develop and fine-tune the documentation and support material both to Service Desk HR as well as to employees, managers and HR’s using the systems will be important work tasks.
Together with Application Manager IT you are responsible for system management and to drive Change Advisory Board. Vendor management is also one of your responsibilities together with Indirect Purchase.
Education, Knowledge and Experience
- Deep interest in and experience from global HR systems and HR processes
- Experience from project management and global environment
- You have good understanding in IT-Systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in in relevant area
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Well orientated in change management
- Good knowledge in SharePoint, Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Passionate and curious about your field of expertise
- High level of ownership and a feeling what works well in Epiroc culture
- Team-player, works well with others but also comfortable working independently in a matrixed, decentralized organization
- Highly motivated, result oriented and commitment to the “Sharing and caring, we keep our promises” philosophy
You will report to Global Manager Shared Services HR. The position are located in Örebro, Sweden.
