You are responsive and good at adapting to new people and situations, providing good service is a matter of course for you. It is also important that you have the ability to balance and prioritize your activities and communicate this to the environment in a professional and clear manner.

The role of the HR business partner is to make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership. The person in this position determines and steers the objectives of the human resources department focusing more on developing strategy. The HR business partner ensures that HR strategy fits into the organization’s overall business strategy. The person in this roll works in human resources, building relationships and providing resources in departments.


You will, for example, work with:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • Provide HR policy guidance

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • CV in English

  • Has at least 2 – 3 years’ experience from HR Business Partner

  • Understands the connection between HR and business strategy and can translate overall strategic goals into tactical measures

  • Have deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and complexity of global talent markets/remote hiring

  • Have the ability to communicate effectively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace

  • Fluency in English
