At GN Store Nord, we lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. At our HQ in Ballerup, you will be joining the Group Finance department, where we set Group Finance standards, manage tax and external financial reporting, and provide accounting support for our activities in Denmark and the Nordics.
We are a diverse and cooperative group of 55 professionals that operate across our organization and have an almost endless number of business touch points.
Shape your own role
As this position is new, you will be able to influence the scope of your accountabilities. You will be working close with our VP, Group Finance and drive various projects and initiatives. Currently, we are in the process of defining the future path for Group Finance, which will entail transformation projects, as well as ERP implementation and process standardization and automation. In this position, you will be in the center of driving these changes.
Here are some examples of specific tasks:
Supporting the VP, Group Finance in driving improvements and strategic initiatives
Structuring and driving work related to GN Finance strategy
Developing communication material for investment boards, board of directors, etc.
Ensuring the inclusion of and alignment with relevant stakeholders across GN
Coordinating with external advisors

Problem solver with financial flair and transformation insight
With a motivation for finding solutions and getting things done, you thrive in challenging and ever-changing environments and are excellent at driving things forward. Furthermore, you have good people skills and are a great collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all professional levels. You are proactive, organized and can manage contradicting demands.
We are open when it comes to your experience, both in terms of seniority and specialty. We do, however, expect financial and transformational knowledge.
Overall, we imagine that you have:
Minimum 3 years of experience of working with finance
An understanding of how finance works in a multinational company, potentially including knowledge of either IFRS, finance processes, internal controls or external reporting
Some experience with transformation programs, including defining target operating models, system implementations or transition to shared service centers
Strong communication skills in English and good project management skills
