About the position

Etac’s head office is now looking for an ambitious and talented Group Business Controller with focus on development of financial planning processes and management reporting to top management. The Group Business Controller will have a key role in the continuous growth enablement for the company.
You will be part of a high performing team, working with core strategic, operational, and financial questions in a very successful company. Furthermore, the organization is in an exciting phase with continuous development of processes with the help of new technology and digitalization. You will be working closely with Group management and Business Area managers as well as local finance managers/controllers and the function responsible for the Group’s financial reporting and consolidation.
In this role you will have the opportunity to continue the development of finance and support the business to make more fact-based decisions to drive performance. The position will report directly to the CFO and be part of our finance team of 10 colleagues, which includes Group financial reporting, accounting and finance/business projects. The position is located at the Group’s head office in Kista, Stockholm.
Your main responsibilities
Perform regularly financial analysis for the Group and business areas and prepare highly professional management reports
Further develop and implement processes and procedures for management reporting on Group level, including forecast and budget reporting
Drive and actively support the organisation in budget- and forecast reporting
Develop KPIs and dashboards for financial controlling
Support in enhancing follow-up structure (and analysis) for the Group’s manufacturing units to improve the performance evaluation
Participate in Group efforts to automate processes, such as implementation of BI tools and upgrade of ERP system
From time to time take lead on Group projects and initiatives
Perform ad-hoc analysis
To be successful in this role we believe you have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar and at least 5 years of experience from a business controller role, preferable from a multinational company. You have solid experiences from working with budget and forecast reporting as well as excellent knowledge in MS Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint). You have a sound knowledge with working in larger finance systems (M3 and consolidation system Aaro is considered as a plus) and experiences in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI). You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
