Our offer and the role

You will have a broad and challenging HR role on a corporate level, where you will interact with Human Resources, managers and colleagues in Europe, the US and Asia. In this role, you will initiate, improve, develop and coordinate existing and new, shared, global processes. You will work strategically to ensure that Enea has the right competences in place, now and for the future. You will also initiate and coordinate Global HR projects and identify and follow up on relevant HR KPI´s within the group. This part of the job is approximately 80% of the role.
Your responsibility will also include Swedish Human Resource processes (approx.20%) This will include both administrative/ operational tasks and more strategic tasks. You will work with employer branding, recruitment, development of employees., labor law, union negotiations and salary review processes. Coaching and supporting line managers will also be part of your job.

The team

As Eneas global HR Manager, you will work closely with managers in Sweden and globally Currently, the global HR (excl Sweden) function has 8 people within the various business units. The plan is within a few months to establish a solid reporting line to the Global HR manager with HR from the different Enea sites reporting to you. You will report to the Group CFO.

Your profile

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience from a broad international HR role as HR Manager or from a Senior HR Business Partner Role. You have a master degree within HR or equivalent. We think that you have worked locally in an international company and wants to develop and take on a corporate perspective and lead HR Professionals in a global context. You have experience from performance- and talent processes, leadership development, culture, compensation and benefits employer branding, recruitment and from Swedish labor law and negotiations.
Personally, you are structured and self-driven, with the ability to direct the work. You are social with capacity to establish a network within a matrix organization. Excellent communication skills are required, you can express yourself clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.
