Finance Manager to Gränges AB

About the position
As Finance Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the parent company Gränges AB’s accounts, including governance, follow-up and analysis. Gränges AB is the parent company of a larger group, and the position includes close interactions with other departments (primarily Treasury, Business Control and HR, but also other departments including executive management functions). The position further includes close interactions with the respective subsidiaries finance departments.
As a Finance Manager you will have the responsibility of one Financial Accountant directly reporting to you. In turn, you will report to VP Group Accounting. The position is based at Gränges’ head office in central Stockholm, but Gränges also offer their employees a flexible working environment allowing for remote working part time.
Your main tasks will be:
Monthly closing, reporting and analysis, including budget follow-up of the company’s cost centers
Preparation of external quarterly reports and annual reports
Tax calculation, income tax return and monthly reporting of VAT and social charges
Management fee calculation, invoicing and final reconciliation
Management (overview and re-invoicing) of group-wide insurance
In charge of the annual budget process
Projects and investigations in matters related to IFRS, transfer pricing, or tax etc.
Drive improvements, digitalization and efficiency work within the finance function
You have a university degree in Business Administration or Accounting. After that you have a minimum of 3 years working experience from auditing, financial control or accounting. You are fluent in English and have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
To be suitable for this position you see yourself as a typical “doer” with high efficiency in your work. You are conscientious and motivated by responsibility, both when working individually and in teams. It is also important that you are communicative and easily adapt to your surroundings since this position includes many internal and external interactions. Finally, you are a meticulous person with a great sense of accuracy and the ability to structure complex information and data.
