What's the role?
Are you driven to make a (digital) difference? We are looking for an E-Business Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team in Arlöv with great opportunities to further develop within the company.
In this role, you are strategically, tactically and operationally responsible for e-business in general (together with a great colleague covering integrated purchasing solutions and platforms) and for our online channel hilti.se in particular. This includes driving and accelerating sales and customer platform development, operating and improving our globally provided platform as preferred platform for transactions and information as well as assuring a solid backend with product information (PIM) and user support.
You will have a high impact on the Swedish market and work closely with various stakeholders in both marketing and sales. You will have daily interactions with our regional office in Manchester, Great Britain and counterparts in our global headquarter in Schaan, Liechtenstein. All this to drive e-business in Sweden with a lot of entrepreneurial freedom to push boundaries in the industry and the organisation and to become internal benchmark for e-business.

What does the role involve?
This role involves first, driving business on the website as an active sales channel and true business partner to the organisation, driving customer platform development (including lifecycle management) and driving initiatives to increase awareness, maximising pull and extending offering of e-business. Second, operate and improve our globally provided online platform with focus on smooth transaction flows and preferred information hub for a top-notch digital experience with Hilti for customers and stakeholders. Third, assuring a solid back-end with our vast product portfolio, maintaining a high data quality in our product information management system (including search words, related products etc.) as well as competent complaint handling and second-level user support. This third pillar is the no-miss foundation to master in this role in order to set-up e-business for success and to build on it. All this in close collaboration with your e-business counterparts, digital marketing colleagues and regional community and based on your high level of entrepreneurial drive, initiative and passion to discover and further explore a key lever in our organisation to build a better future.

What you need is:
- Passion for e-business, web presence and digital marketing in generalCapability to deal with digital solutions and new media, to handle uncertainty/unclarity and to overcome obstacles (can-do attitude)
- Capacity to link business with technology as well as to develop a (digital) business while assuring a high level of operational excellence
- Strong linguistic skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written, paired with strong communication skills to break down complex challenges to tangible steps and to digitally express them
- Profound track-record in content management, e-business and/or online ecosphere in general
- Preferred knowledge in SAP and product information systems (preferably Stibo)
- Sharp mind that thinks things critically through as well as pragmatically delivers solutions
- High level of entrepreneurial and autonomous mind-set with a high level of drive and ambition to outperform
