Commercial Specialist with experience in procurement to a global fashion company!

IT Purchase is important and challenging work and our client's goal is to deliver hardware/software in a secure way, with correct quality, and at the best price, at the right time. About the role

You will be a part of the Business Tech IT Purchase team, which is a small team in a continuously changing organization. The team’s main responsibilities include procuring hardware and software from our vendors. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to procure the hardware and software and follow up on deliveries. Constant improvement is an integral part of our client's way of working and we expect you to contribute to making improvements in the process and daily delivery.

In your role, it is important to be service-minded and to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, work with parallel orders and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.

Job duties

  • Support H&M Business Tech organization with IT related procurement
  • Follow up orders
  • Procurement administration
  • Vendor relationships
  • Invoice handling

We are looking for

You who have:

  • Procurement experience
  • Admin skills with an eye for details
  • Experience with MS Office 365
  • Great skills in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken

We see it as a plus if you have

  • Experience of ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of IT equipment

As a person, you are administratively strong and have great communication skills as well as pedagogic skills. You are flexible and prestigeless and have a strong personal drive and motivation. Furthermore, you can work well in teams and individually. You also can take responsibility and work proactively.
