Commercial Analyst at Billogram
As a Commercial Analyst at Billogram you will be part of scaling the Go-to-market organization. You will be involved in strategic decisions and projects as well as operational and financial analysis in a critical phase of Billograms growth journey. Billogram is a well funded scale up on the verge of internationalisation, and the coming years will be a ride, as new markets will be added at a rapid pace, starting now.
Billogram provides a digital platform for billing and payments, that streamlines customer management and improves the customer experience. Using smart technology, we help companies automate processes, leading to lower costs, increased revenue and reduced churn. From being a static neglected piece of paper, the evolved invoice is now an interactive way to shape stronger lasting relationships between companies and customers.
What will you do?
As a Commercial Analyst you will be working with both strategic initiatives and hands-on, short term initiatives with instant impact. Consequently, you will have a substantial impact on decisions made in the GtM-organization. Tasks and responsibilities will also include commercial performance management, reporting and forecasting, operational and financial. Ensuring that we are on top of KPIs, budgets and trends.
You will also be working on internal projects, structured long term initiatives as well as ad-hoc analysis for investors, board, management or other stakeholders. As part of the international expansion you will be performing market and competitive analysis. You will work across the Go to market domain, e.g Marketing, Sales and Client success and learn how to rapidly scale an organisation internationally. Who are you?
As a person you are motivated, curious and humble and not afraid to ask questions or challenge colleagues. You most likely have experience from working in or managing projects or workstreams. You are able to independently structure your work with solid analysis, determine and gather data needed as well as present conclusions and recommendations. You have a strong business acumen, and an open mindset. To succeed in this role we believe you have the following experiences:
3+ years´ experience in a similar role within business control, management consulting or M&A.
Experience from Commercial organizations, market and competitive analysis, with consequent work on strategies to support the Go to market organization.
Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with insights.
Excellent analytical skills
Experience from working in projects and preferably also project management experience.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably also SQL
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Preferably some experience of CRM systems
Bachelor´s degree in engineering, finance, economics or a related field
