The Business designer will be a part of Commodities which has four departments. You will report directly to the Director of Commodities and be a part of the extended management team.
The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate, support and take lead of business planning and budgeting as well as developing our operational excellence. Last but not least act as product owner for our Customer hedging and Transaction application, a process operated according to the Scrum methodology.
As the Business Designer you will coordinate and lead the work with Commodities budgeting and business plan. In extension support or lead strategic activities according to business- and operational development. Due to operational excellence be the hub for improvements of our way of working, framework of how to work with processes, quality and routines. As the product owner of our Customer Hedging and Transaction application your responsibilities are to coordinate, manage and prioritize development as well as changes and requirements. You own and are responsible for the product backlog. The way of working is the Scrum method.

Skills and qualifications as Business designer
• Relevant university degree
• Experience of leading and supporting projects
• Experience of implementation and development of IT systems
• Experience of Agile way of working, preferable the Scrum method
• Meritorious to have knowledge of the electricity market
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge and experience of business- and operational development
• Experience of managing strategic activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
The location of this position is Vattenfall Head Office in Solna
