The SEB Client Account Management (CAM) Project Management Team support the CAM organization in becoming a trusted partner that enables business by ensuring a digital and data driven customer experience through adaptable solutions.

CAM within Large Corporates & Financial Institutions (LC&FI) is a cross divisional function with the main responsibility to manage the credit process for the LC&FI client segments, as well as support the client teams with the on-boarding, maintenance and documentation of client information. CAM is located in all SEB home markets and most of our strategic sites. The Project Management team is expanding and currently looking for a Business analyst.

About the job
You will lead and facilitate the work with gathering requirements from business and supporting the business in strategic/tactical solutions to drive change & continuous improvements for CAM.

The main focus is CAM and collaborating with other internal stakeholders in projects, initiatives and work closely to Customer Lifecycle tribe. You have the holistic view of all requirements end-to-end; from data demands, processes, solution, functional to non-functional requirements etc. To capture, compile requirements and produce sufficient documentation is essential for this role.

In your work you will have support from Project Managers, Process Experts, Agile Product owners and Operative responsible. You will also work with compliance, risk, legal and product areas, business units globally depending on project and initiatives.

The team that you will join consists of experienced project managers, product owners and business analysts. There will be good opportunities to develop your competence and shape the ways we are working with development initiatives. We are running projects with high degree of complexity, strategic or regulatory agendas. We believe in that everyone in the team contributes and are important to succeed.

Who are you?
You are a true team player and have a strong capability to prioritize your work in a structured manner. You have experience of analyzing information and are familiar with the regulatory environment in which financial institutions operate. You hold a relevant academic degree, have high organizational skills and have a strong ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing in both Swedish and English. You are well-organised, interested in IT and it is important that you have a customer-centric approach in everything you do since you will be managing a lot of stakeholders.
