About the role
As an Accounting Expert you will take part in change and development initiatives for several units in the bank. You will be part of the strategic development agenda that we have in CFO Office, Business Development & BIO.
The role includes, but are not limited to:
Being part of a team that is working agile according to the SAFe Agile Framework
Participating in initiatives which gives extensive learning and development opportunities
Working in a multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment
Working as a main contact person between different stakeholders that have business domain knowledge.
Being part of a team that is working with product and process development related to the accounting area.
Furthermore, key responsibilities include defining, validating, and implementing accounting requirements produced together with Subject Matter Experts.
We believe you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least three years’ experience from accounting of financial instruments. Experience from documenting requirements, test participation and coordination is meriting. Fluency in English is a requirement.
We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, prestigeless, pro-active and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you have an understanding for the business and the customer perspective. You must be self-driven and be capable of independent work as well as working in a team. Finally, you are open-minded and have a willingness to learn.
