We are looking for university graduates to join the Metsäliitto Trainee Programme.

Job description  
The 12-month Trainee Programme is intended for recent graduates with a Master’s degree who are eager to learn and develop. The Programme is international and will be held in English. By combining theoretical and on-the-job learning, it will offer you a unique opportunity to grow into demanding and interesting specialist and managerial positions in Metsäliitto Group.

A willingness to travel and relocate are key requirements, as you will be based at one of the Metsäliitto Group’s companies around Europe: M-real, Metsä-Botnia, Metsä Tissue, Metsäliitto Wood Products Industry (Finnforest), or Metsäliitto Wood Supply. Trainees will be given their own study plan and will be coached by a personal mentor. All Trainees will be permanent employees and receive full pay during the Programme.
 
Prerequisites  
Our Group has room for university graduates in many fields - you may have a degree in technology, production, chemistry, finance, sales, marketing or engineering. The main thing is that you are ready to learn and improve.
