Jobdescription
As a Senior Regional Treasury Manager you’ll be monitoring the liquidity and fund safety of the region and report directly to our regional CFO. You will also set up and monitor the regional cash management mechanism and guide local offices cash management. You’ll have the following responsibilities:

•    Monitoring of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with Group Treasury policies and procedures.
•    Formulate and improve local treasury policies and processes to effectively maximize productivity, monitor the performance of the business units and minimize risks.
•    Maintain solid understanding of local foreign exchange control and banking regulations and ensure Company’s activities and transactions complied with local regulations.
•    Evaluated foreign exchange risks on projects and manage FX exposure and recommended appropriate foreign exchange & interest rate and risk hedging strategies.
•    Analyze credit risk of clients approve credit lines and credit rating. Monitor the client’s risk in whole project cycle via the credit management process. Support the sales team to conclude risk aversion mechanism.
•    Analyzing the funding requirements and ensuring the financing supports and activities are effectively and systematically carried out according to Group guidelines.
•    Manage and monitor import and export letter of credit, bank guarantees and other trade financing products
•    Set up the cash flow management process so as to balance the regional cash flow
•    Monitor, Analyze the account receivable of the region and put up solutions to solve AR solutions.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics. With ACCA, CFA and etc is a plus.
•    At least 8 years of commercial treasury experience and credit risk management in multinational company. Banking experiences would be a plus.
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Fluent written and verbal communication in English
•    Ability to work with various levels of people, promote teamwork and working effectively as a group.
•    Proficient with MS Office applications particularly MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Lotus Notes experience would be a plus.

The successful candidate is a communicative and adaptable person who enjoys working in an international company.

Organization:
You’ll be working in the CEE and Nordic region and report directly to our regional CFO.

Location:
The position can be located in any of the Nordic countries, Sweden, Kista (Stockholm), Norway, Oslo or Denmark, Copenhagen.
