Jobdescription
As a Deputy Country CFO you’ll be establishing and maintaining both external relationships and internal such as interacting with managers and ensure compliance. You’ll have the following responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with external stakeholders (i.e. Legal, Tax, Audit, Bank, Customers, Suppliers) and improve environmental reporting.
•    Anticipate and resolve accounting practices and controls, taxation and audits are in compliance with statutory requirement.
•    Be involved in the country operation and focus on cashflow management, financial analysis, risk management and internal control.
•    By understanding KPI in planning and reporting process, you’ll apply KPI for country performance evaluation
•    Plan, coordinate and implement cash flow management for healthy operations.
•    Understand the business case rationale and the key deliverables in providing consultative support through financial and management information analysis, reports, and recommendations.
•    Make sure  that the expected outcomes of having proper internal controls in place, anticipates potential or emerging control problems and readily acts to min the impact or prevent the occurrence.
•    Establishes and maintains appropriate internal control safeguard.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

•    Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics.
•    Professional Qualifications such CICPA, ACCA, CFA is preferred
•    10+ years Finance experience in multinational corporations or reputable companies, 5+ years working at the Finance Management and Controller level with global exposure
•    Well versed in accounting principles, external audit, tax rules, banking regulations and commercial practices.
•    Familiar to local tax, legislation, regulation as well as financing, able to develop and exercise effective financial control
•    Familiar to finance practices in multiple work processes related to data flows across multiple business areas and functions, applies the value of reducing cycle time and cost, and eliminating non-value added work
•    Familiar to company law/act and organization management
•    Demonstrate risk management
•    Extensive experience to finance process and system
•    Well interaction across departments and divisions for finance planning and management support
•    Integrity, team player, respect and interpersonal skills
•    Fluent in English and Swedish.
 
Organization:
You’ll be working in our subregional office which includes the Nordic and Baltic countries and is located in Stockholm. You’ll report to our regional CFO.
