As CFO at LEAX Group you will work in a growing organisation with numerous international contacts both within and outside the company. Your main responsibility is to manage Finance, HR and IT at group level, by establishing and developing the policies, routines for all companies included in the group. As CFO you are a part of the Management Team and an important performer for LEAX future development. You will be reporting to the CEO and based at the head quarter in Köping.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the global finance team
- Monthly-, quarterly and annual closing and reporting
- Lead the transfer from K3 accounting principle to IFRS
- Follow up and analyses
- Continue to develop LEAX Balanced Score Card
- Forecast processes
- Liquidity and credit risk planning
- Business case validation and supporting the organisation in finance related issues
- Currency risk handling
- Organise finance for future investments
- Secretary of the Board of Directors meetings
Profile and Experience
- Proven track record of leading a finance team trough change.
- Business driven with strong interest in Sales, Operations and Organization/Management
- Great leadership skills with the ability to lead staff in both accounting and controlling
- Previous background in International organizations use to consolidate international subsidies
- High work ethics and strong working capacity
We are looking for a CFO with preferably an academic background and with solid experience as CFO. Experience from international corporations and/or from the manufacturing sector is highly qualifying. As the role carry many international contacts and the majority of the employees are English speaking, fluent English in writing and speaking is required.
