The turnover of the Group’s Swedish operation in 2009 was more than 8 billion SEK and the average number of employees was 1,700. The main manufacturing site which produces chainsaws, clearing saws, trimmers and riders, is situated in Huskvarna.

The product categories “Handheld” and “Lawnmowers” are seeking to appoint an experienced controller in the position of Controller – Business Support. Functionally the position is reporting to the Business Controller of Products and Marketing, but the work is mainly focusing on working closely with the two Product Category Managers for Handheld and Lawnmowers

The Business Support position is based in Huskvarna and will be a part of each categories international management team. The position requires international travelling.

Job description
The position includes the following main tasks:
-        To actively support the management teams with operational reports and analysis both on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
-        To develop and analyse actual financial development versus forecasts and budget. The analysis is carried out in several dimensions e.g. products,
                   sales channels, markets and periods.
-        To make profitability calculations and follow-up of R&D- and investment projects.
-        To actively participate in the strategic planning, budget and forecasting work for the
categories as per instructions from the Group headquarter.

Profile
The ideal candidate will:
-        Have an MBA or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant working experience, whereof 2-3 years from business controlling within a international company.
-        Be highly motivated and like to work independently.
-        Possess drive and ambition
-        Enjoy challenges and take personal responsibility for their work.
-        Be well organised and analytical.
-        Be an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
-        Be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbal as well as in writing.
